Designed by Roberto Lazzeroni in 2011, the Fred desk for Poltrona Frau embodies a harmonious blend of elegance and functionality. Its featherlight structure, crafted from solid ash wood with a wenge or moka stain, supports a seamless Saddle Extra leather surface. Delicate hand-incised carvings and cold markings adorn the leather, creating refined graphic decorations. A unique process allows the front to curve gracefully without internal supports, enhancing its fluid design. The integrated drawer, mounted on soft-close metal runners, adds practicality to this sophisticated piece.
